Yes of course!! Please enter your details in the billing section and who the product is going to in the delivery/shipping section. Don't forget to add your message in the notes section and I will pop this in the order.
Yes, this won't be free of charge though I'm afraid, so I will need extra payment before the order can be shipped. Please add a note to the order (including when you need it by) or pre contact me and I will try my absolute best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Yes pretty much, as long as it's in the means of the things I generally make. There are items which I haven't made which I could take on so it's always best to ask. I wouldn't be able to make a handwoven item of clothing unfortunately.
A care card will be added to your order or emailed to you depending on the product. However Steph's Woven Textiles products should not be washed in a machine but hand wash only or sponged clean delicately. Any further questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Depending on the item you order, it will come packaged in recycled white tissue paper and usually in a cardboard box or envelope.
I endeavour to not use plastic where possible.
I use recyclable packaging.
I use natural yarns where possible and never acrylic.
Scrap yarns are turned into other products or sent to spinners to be spun into a new yarn.
Unfortunately I have a non refundable policy. This is due to the handmade nature of the product and items aren't mass produced.
However if your item is faulty or damaged when it arrives please contact me immediately.
Yes, no problem in the unfortunate circumstance you need to cancel your order please let me know. However if the order has been dispatched/shipped (there may be a slight delay in dispatching and receiving a shipped notification email) you will not be able to cancel the order or return it.
