"Well first of all I was thinking back to when you made my throw. I just remember how open you were to my desires. And you created exactly what I wanted so my throw felt like something that was totally personal to me which is exactly what you hope for from a bespoke service! And I feel the whole process had a good balance between that with your advice and expertise as you were clear about what could and couldn't be achieved, you offered ideas which was really helpful as it's tricky to know what you actually want yourself sometimes - and to know what is actually possible! You were attentive, I remember the colour swatches that you sent me and you were so careful in making sure that you got the colours just right, then there was the trial swatch that you made too! That was fantastic as I could actually see how it was going to look which was incredibly exciting and you were really attentive in making sure that I was happy with the way things were heading.

My beautiful throw itself - it has so much character and texture it makes me so happy when I look at it! I get real anxiety over damaging things and I can be a real clumsy bean! So for me I love to drape it as a feature over my bedroom chair where I can admire it and it's out of harm's way, it brings a real sense of playfulness into the room and being a tactile person it's perfect for me as it's soo soft and textured to touch! It feels a lovely quality fabric and overall it's been woven to an incredibly high standard! I love it just as much as I did when I first received it!"
